The warm, friendly atmosphere was immediately charming. The Queso Blanco was delicious. My daughter had the kids fajita taco plate, she loved that. And to top it off our drinks were made to perfection, we sat right at the bar, kk is the BEST bartender, go see her! Diego you have done an amazing job, I absolutely recommend. I definitely will be back

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an incredible experience at this brand-new Mexican restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious — full of flavor and made with fresh ingredients. Every dish tasted authentic and thoughtfully prepared by the owner Diego! The drinks were just as impressive, refreshing, creative, and perfectly balanced. The atmosphere is beautiful. You can tell they put a lot of care into the interior design. It’s modern yet warm, making it a great spot for both casual meals and special occasions. The service was friendly and attentive, which made the whole visit even better. Highly recommend checking this place out before the word gets out — it’s definitely going to become a local favorite The fried onions on my food when I made my taco was a game changer!

Friends kept telling us how great this restaurant is. Tried it and it is every bit as good as they said and more. I had bacon wrapped shrimp with an amazing sauce and cilantro rice topped with fresh avocado. Fresh vegetables cooked perfectly with a very nice flavor. Must try!! Husband had tacos that were very good. The sangria swirl was amazing . Best ever. The chips and salsa were fresh and delicious. Service was spot on. Clean and classy atmosphere. So many things on menu to try so we will be back soon. A gem in the middle of a small town. What a find

Heard all the buzz and had to check it out for myself — and WOW. This New Mexican/Tex-Mex spot in Sanger delivered on every level! Ordered the #4 “Asada Tacos” and they were absolutely amazing. packed with flavor. The Red & Green salsa hit! Felt like I was in uptown Dallas with the vibe, but even better with the small-town charm. Stellar service!

This place is a gem! The restaurant may be new, but the food is already top-tier—delicious, authentic Mexican dishes full of flavor and heart. I recommend the queso dip, fajita nachos, tortilla soup, and the flautas! Now, I have to address that last bitter review. Seriously? You walked into a brand new, non-corporate, small business and expected five-star resort-level service on day one? Be for real. You want fast soulless food. Go hit a drive-thru. I’ll gladly wait twice the time in line for food made by hard working local folks. And I’ll be back again—and again.

Let me start off by saying the service here is exceptional!!!! Overall, the plates we ordered were okay, not bad but not great. However, the dessert was amazing! You got to try the churro cheesecake! Also, the cocktails we ordered tasted really good!

I made a full review on my Facebook page and tagged Papa D’s. We made our second visit and I cannot complain about any food we received. I am a TexMex girl through and through but this authentic Mexican food is to die for!! From the salsa that my 4 year old was practically drinking to the Margarita towers with amazing flavors…you have to check this place out!

The food was phenomenal! The service, TOP NOTCH! This is such a great place and had a great atmosphere. Everything was super flavorful and came out quick, fresh, and very hot! We will be back after enjoying our anniversary dinner! Great job!!!
